Saundra Lohr,  Founder of Expat  Pros  Advice  currently  resides in  Panama City, Panama. She holds  a   Master  Degree  of  Project  Management, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management   and a  Bachelor of  Science  Degree in Technical  Management.   For over 40 years,  Ms. Lohr  has  been a  successful entrepreneur in both the public and private sector, most recently in the non-profit industry.   

Her  own  personal   journey in  relocating   permanently  outside  of the U. S. to Panama is  what  compelled  her to establish  this  team of  professional women and men to help  others  navigate  their  journey.    Ms. Lohr  has assembled an impressive roster of finance, real estate,  mental health, wellness and lifestyle experts to take the guesswork out of the relocation equation.

Excellent project management expertise led to her own seamless move to another country.  She worked with immigration attorneys, realtors, insurance companies, medical professionals, retail and other service experts on every detail of the move even before packing the first suitcase.

Jennifer Hyppolite is an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. 

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Georgia State University, a Master's Degree of Education in Counselor Education from Georgia Southern University and a Specialist degree in Counseling and Supervision from the University of West Georgia. 

Early in her career, she worked as a school counselor in the PreK-12 level. She then ventured to teaching as an associate professor in higher education. Since 2021, she has focused on helping adults of all ages as the owner and clinician of her very private practice.  

Jennifer is also a speaker, who loves topics such as mental health, travel, education and more. Her love for travel and all things Panamá is what started her desire to help others on their personal travel journeys. She aims to help people see the beauty and culture of Panamá as they consider their move abroad. She focuses on the impacts of mental health when moving abroad. By providing practical tools and resources, she wants individuals and families to feel excited and as ready as can be for their new life abroad. 

Pamela Scott a Collaborator with Expat Pros Advice currently resides in Phoenix,  Arizona.  She holds an undergraduate degree in Health Information Management.  Her company Your AZ Relo Plug is a residential real estate firm specializing in apartment, customized home searches and she is the Western Region Relocation Specialist for Expat Pros Advice. 

Ms. Scott has spent decades as a connector of people to resources, professional services vendors and much more.   Her company, Your AZ Relo Plug, utilizes the extensive experience she has in developing and nurturing both professional and personal relationships.   Pamela is a game-changer for people seeking to relocate, simplify their lifestyle and have more stress free outcomes during the relocation process.

She is a gifted ' people centered' realtor, whose professional development training in revenue and budgetary environments and customer service  helps combine both cultural and emotional intelligence sensitivity for maximum success.

Ms. Scott has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years as an  investment  banker.  She holds a MBA and  Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University in Business & Government. She has experience in complex and structured finance with governmental agencies, non-profits, churches, and small businesses.  She has expertise in financial analysis, project finance, data analysis, and housing development. 

In 2018,   Ms. Scott  created  a web  design and digital  marketing agency  to facilitate a branding space for small businesses to conduct business globally. Her expertise in digital marketing has proven to drive traffic while increasing leads and conversions that directly impact your bottom line. By providing the strategic planning and business coaching, her agency assisted many small businesses during the most difficult times to survive and thrive in turbulent markets. 

In  logistics and  supply chain management, Ms. Scott  has a proven  track record in the third-party logistics industry offering a diverse service portfolio that enables commerce for  businesses.   Her  consultative approach optimizes  logistic   processes,  implement innovative technology  and drive continuous improvement  by leveraging best practices and providing  flexibility , scalability and improving  cost-effectiveness  for customers. 

She   has  a  passion  for  professional  development of  remote  workers  and   remote businesses to succeed in the global market space.
